Thailand Energy Absolute Establishes Electric Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing and Sales Subsidiary
Thailand Energy Absolute (hereinafter referred to as EA), which is engaged in biodiesel and power generation business and also develops pure electric vehicles (EV), announced on September 10 that it has established Smart Waste Management Co., Ltd. and EV Now Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as EV Now) 2 subsidiaries.EV Now has a registered capital of 1 million baht and EA's shareholding ratio is 74.98%.EV Now's main business involves the manufacture and sale of electric buses, electric trucks, and utility electric vehicles.(From SET press release on September 10, 2019)
